Whether that means laughing at something silly, cursing when you’re venting, or sitting quietly when you’re not sure what to say, this is a space where you can just be you. I bring my authentic self to every session, too, because I believe that true healing happens when therapy is real, not just clinical. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel comfortable letting your guard down, exploring what’s on your heart and mind, and connecting to what you need.
