When we work together, you don’t have to worry about keeping up appearances or saying the “right” thing. Whether you’re laughing at something silly, cursing while venting, or sitting in silence because you’re not sure what to say—this is a space where you get to just be you.
I bring my authentic self to every session, too, because I believe real healing happens when therapy feels human, not just clinical. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe enough to let your guard down, explore what’s on your heart and mind, and reconnect with what you need.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to find what works best for you—blending reflection, body-based (somatic) practices, and values-driven strategies to help you reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more grounded way.
Together, we’ll explore how past experiences may be shaping the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you, while also helping you listen to the wisdom your body holds.
