You’re someone who’s known for caretaking, showing up, and getting things done—it comes naturally.

But it’s come at a cost to your energy, your body, and your sense of self (even if no one else sees it).

From the outside, you appear confident, capable, and put-together. But internally, you feel tense, depleted, and disconnected from yourself. You’ve tried slowing down, practicing self-care, or pushing through…but the pressure, overwhelm, and exhaustion always find their way back.

You’re looking for a space where you can slow down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and finally reconnect with yourself, so you can start to feel more grounded and at ease in your daily life.

If this resonates with you, you’re in the right place.

Somatic therapist, Jasmine Wilson, offering online counseling across California and Arizona.

Hi, I’m Jasmine.

Therapy with me helps you slow down and get to the root.

I work with high-functioning adults who are used to holding everything together—often at the expense of their own needs.

I came to this work because I've lived it myself—years of managing everyone else's needs, pushing through, disconnected from my inner landscape. Through my own healing journey with somatic work, I discovered that the patterns we think we're stuck with can actually shift.

My lived experience is what grounds everything I do with clients. Because what I've learned through this work, is that people don't just need someone to understand their symptoms, they need to feel genuinely seen—not judged, not fixed, but truly met in who they are and what they're experiencing.

That's what therapy with me offers. A space where we slow down, get curious about what's going on inside, and explore the patterns that shaped how you move through the world. Through somatic and depth-oriented work, we address the roots—not just the surface. And in that process, things begin to shift; old patterns start to loosen; you feel more grounded and present; and, overtime, you develop a stronger sense of self.

Specialty areas

I specialize in somatic, depth-oriented therapy for high-functioning adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions.

Somatic Therapy: Regulation + Body Awareness

Somatic therapy helps you work with trauma, anxiety, and stress in the body. We’ll build nervous system awareness, increase regulation, and gently shift protective patterns so you feel more grounded, present, and steady in your daily life.

Young Adult Therapy: Identity, Transitions & Clarity

Life transitions during young adulthood can bring pressure, uncertainty, and self-doubt. Young adult therapy can support you in clarifying what you want, exploring your identify, finding your voice, and building self-trust as you move into your next chapter.

Anxiety Therapy: Calm, Ease & Tools for Everyday Life

Anxiety can look like racing thoughts, constant scanning, irritability, restlessness, or feeling perpetually behind. Anxiety therapy helps slow down the spiral, track what your body is signaling, and create more space for choice so overwhelm and worry no longer run the show.

Self-Esteem Therapy: Confidence, Self-Worth & Inner Trust

Self-esteem therapy helps unravel long-held patterns of self-doubt, comparison, perfectionism, and never feeling “good enough.” Together, we explore where these patterns began and rebuild a more grounded, confident, and compassionate sense of self.

My Approach Blends Somatic Awareness, Insight, and Values-Based Work

I draw from Somatic Experiencing® and the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), blending somatic awareness, introspection, and values-based work to meet you where you are, at a pace that honors your capacity.

Most therapy approaches focus on understanding your patterns and managing your symptoms. That's valuable. But real transformation happens when you can shift how you relate to yourself and your life—when you move from self-judgment to curiosity, from obligation to choice, from disconnection to embodied presence.

In our work, we'll explore the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others, while building a more embodied sense of clarity, choice, and self-trust.

We'll process what you're experiencing through dialogue, and we'll also focus on integrating insights and taking small, intentional steps that support the life you want to live.

Together, we can find a path to less pressure and more ease.

How Our Work Together Unfolds

01

We Connect & Assess

Our initial consultation is about understanding what brought you here. You share what you're experiencing; I listen for the patterns underneath. We explore whether our approach is a fit for you—because the therapeutic relationship matters as much as the technique.

02

We Slow Down & Explore

In sessions, we create space to get curious about what's happening beneath the surface. Through dialogue and somatic awareness, we trace patterns back to their roots—where they came from, what they've protected, and how they're showing up now. This isn't talk-therapy alone; we work with your nervous system, your body, and your relational patterns.

03

Patterns Shift, Capacity Grows

As you develop more awareness and choice, internal shifts begin. You start to relate to yourself differently—less self-critical, more grounded. You notice you can honor your own needs without guilt. You show up in relationships differently. The internal pressure eases and self-trust deepens.

Take the first step toward a life that feels more balanced and grounded.
