THERAPY FOR YOUNG ADULTS IN BREA & ONLINE ACROSS CA + AZ
Break free from self-doubt & create your own path forward.
The pressure to succeed and make the “right” choices isn’t helping you move forward—and now you’re left questioning why things feel so hard.
MAYBE YOU ARE…
-
There’s always so much to do, but the more you push yourself to get things done, the harder it feels to start. Some moments, the pressure kicks in, and you’re buzzing with anxious energy, unable to sit still. Other times, it’s like the energy drains out of you completely, leaving you stuck, exhausted, and frustrated with yourself. You want so badly to move forward, but no matter what you do, it feels like you’re constantly falling behind.
-
Speaking up for yourself feels complicated. It’s hard to express your thoughts, feelings, and needs without worrying about how they will be received. You replay conversations in your head, second-guessing if you should have said more or less. In certain relationships, it feels like your wants and needs come second—or maybe they don’t seem to matter at all. The pressure to keep the peace or avoid conflict makes it easier to stay quiet, even when something doesn’t sit right. Deep down, you wish it felt safer to take up space and express yourself.
-
You thought you’d have more clarity by now, but instead, you feel stuck—unsure of what’s next or if you’re even on the right path. Maybe you’ve gone through a big change—graduating, starting a new job, or ending a relationship—and now everything feels up in the air. You’re doing your best to figure things out, but the uncertainty is overwhelming. It’s hard not to compare yourself to others, wondering if you should be further along or making different choices. The pressure to ‘have it all figured out’ is real, but more than anything, you just want to trust yourself and the path you’re on.

It’s okay (& completely normal!) that you don’t have everything figured out yet.
Uncertainty is part of the journey—I’m here to help you connect to your inner compass, so it can guide the way.
My approach
We’ll explore who you are, make sense of the challenges you’re facing, & find a way forward that feels authentic.
Let me assure you:
All the emotions and worries you’re facing right now are a natural part of figuring out who you are and what you want. In therapy with me, we’ll sit with the uncertainty together, exploring where the expectations and pressure you’re feeling are coming from, whether the things you’re “supposed” to do actually align with what you want, and what direction feels most authentic to you.
Rather than focusing on what you don’t know, you’ll learn to listen to your inner voice and tap into what you do inherently know—the strengths, insights, and values you already carry with you. Over time, this process helps you build a stronger connection to yourself, so you can move through life guided by your inner compass rather than external pressure. This work isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about learning to trust yourself, making choices that feel right for you, and feeling more grounded even in the face of uncertainty.
Imagine a life where…
Change feels less like something to fear and more like an opportunity to grow, redefine yourself, and step into who you’re meant to be
You can slow down, take breaks, and breathe—without the constant guilt that you should be doing more
You understand what you want and need, and you feel confident expressing yourself, even when it doesn’t align with what others expect from you
Life’s challenges don’t pull you into the same old cycles—you know how to navigate them with more clarity, resilience, and self-compassion
Let’s find clarity in all the noise & lean into who you want to be.
Take the first step toward an authentic, connected future.

No, I work with adults of all ages, but I really enjoy supporting young adults as they navigate the many life transitions that come with stepping into adulthood and finding their own path. Whether you’re figuring out who you are, what you want, or how to handle new responsibilities, therapy with me is a safe space to explore it all.

I draw from different approaches like psychodynamic therapy, somatic experiencing, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and relational therapy. This means we’ll explore your past and how it’s shaped you, understand how emotions show up in your body, and develop the skills to navigate uncertainty and build fulfilling relationships. You can learn more about my approach on my About page, but we’ll always tailor therapy to what feels most helpful for you.
