I bring my authentic self to every session, too, because I believe real healing happens when therapy feels human, not just clinical. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe enough to let your guard down, explore what’s on your heart and mind, and reconnect with what you truly need.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to find what works best for you—blending reflection, body-based practices, and values-driven strategies to help you reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more grounded way.
