Sometimes healing happens faster—and deeper—when you're not alone.

Individual Therapy Is Powerful. Sometimes You Need More.

Individual therapy is powerful. And sometimes, what you need most is to be in a room (or a screen) with other people who truly get it.

I offer both individual and group-based offerings because different moments in your healing journey call for different things. Groups create something unique: connection, shared understanding, and the relief of knowing you're not the only one carrying what you're carrying.

Whether you're looking to develop new skills, process what's happening in your nervous system, or simply feel less alone—I'm here to meet you where you are.

WHY GROUP THERAPY? (The Power of Shared Healing)

Why Choose Group Work?

Group work isn't for everyone—and that's okay. But if you're someone who feels less alone when you know others are in it too, or who learns differently in community, group therapy can be transformative.

Here's what makes it special:

You're not alone. One of the most powerful moments in therapy is realizing your struggle isn't unique to you. In group, you hear that directly—from real people, in real time. That alone shifts something.

You learn from each other. Hearing how someone else handles a similar challenge, or watches someone else's breakthrough, can spark your own insights. Peer learning is real, and it's often more memorable than anything I could tell you.

You practice in community. Skills become embodied when you practice them with others. Vulnerability, setting boundaries, asking for support—these feel different (and more real) when you do them in a group setting.

It's more affordable. Group offerings are typically more accessible financially than individual sessions, without compromising the quality or depth of the work.

You build lasting connections. The relationships you form in group—with other members and with me—create a sense of belonging that extends beyond the sessions.

It meets you where you are. Some seasons of life call for the intimacy of individual work. Others call for the normalcy and connection of group. Both have their place.

MY APPROACH TO GROUP WORK

How I Facilitate Group

I bring the same clinical depth, warmth, and respect to group work that I do to individual therapy—just in a different container.

My groups are small and intentional (typically 6–8 people), so there's real space for each person to be seen and heard. I use a blend of approaches:

Somatic Experiencing & Nervous System Work: We don't just talk about what's happening—we explore how it lives in your body and learn practical tools to regulate your nervous system in real time.

NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model): This approach looks at relational patterns and how they show up in your nervous system, helping you understand the why behind your responses, how they’re shaping your behavior in the present, and what new possibilities might be available as we start to shift old survival strategies.

Psychodynamic Perspective: We explore what's underneath the surface—patterns, beliefs, and relational dynamics—so you're not just managing symptoms but actually shifting something deeper.

Relational & Humanistic: Above all, the group is a place where you're met with genuine care, respect, and belief in your capacity to heal. Your story matters. You matter.

Each group is designed around a specific theme or population, so you know exactly what you're signing up for and who you'll be with.

What's Available Now

Current Offerings

I'm currently launching Rooted Mama, a 6-week psychoeducational support group for mothers of young children (ages 0–5). More group offerings and workshops are in development—if you're interested in being notified when something new launches, you can let me know when you reach out.

Scroll down to learn more about Rooted Mama, or explore individual therapy options.

  • This is a small, online group where you'll learn nervous system skills, connect with other moms who get it, and rebuild your capacity to feel present—even in the chaos.

    Who this is for:

You're a mom of a child (or children) ages 0–5. You love your kids fiercely. And somewhere in the last few years, you've also lost a bit of yourself. You feel touched out, overstimulated, and disconnected from your body. You snap at people you love. You can't remember the last time you felt present—really present—with your kids or anyone else. You're exhausted, and no amount of sleep seems to fix it.

You're not broken. Your nervous system is just working overtime, trying to keep everything together. And you're tired of just surviving.

    What we'll do:

Over six weeks, we'll build skills together. You'll learn why your nervous system is stuck in overdrive and how to actually regulate it—not through another self-help book, but through somatic work that creates real change. We'll explore the relational patterns underneath your stress. You'll practice these skills in real time, in community with other moms who are navigating the exact same thing.

And maybe most importantly: you'll remember that you're not alone in this. That what you're feeling is normal. And that you can feel present again.

    What's included:

    • 6 weekly sessions (Wednesdays, 12:00–1:00pm PT)

    • Small group of 6–8 moms (so there's real space for you)

    • Practical nervous system tools you can use immediately

    • A safe container to explore what's underneath your stress

    • Connection with other moms who truly understand

    • A 20-minute free consultation call before you join (to make sure it's the right fit)

    When & How Much:

    Dates: July 15 – August 19, 2026 (6 consecutive Wednesdays)
    Time: 12:00–1:00pm PT
    Format: Online (Simple Practice)
    Cost: $65 per session or $350 upfront (that's a $40 savings)
Location: For CA and AZ residents only

    How to Join:

    Book Your Free Inquiry Call

A 20-minute inquiry call is the first step—no obligation. We'll talk through what brought you here, go over how the group works, and figure out together if this feels like the right fit for you right now. You'll leave that call with clarity and knowing exactly what to expect.

FAQs About Group & Workshop Offerings?

  • Group work isn't for everyone—and that's completely okay. It's often a good fit if you're someone who feels less alone knowing others share similar struggles, who learns well in community, or who wants to practice new skills with real people. An inquiry call is a great way to explore whether it fits your needs right now.

  • No. You participate at whatever level feels right for you. Some people talk a lot; others listen and warm up over time. There's no "right way" to show up. I create a container where you can be exactly where you are.

  • Confidentiality in group work is a bit different than in individual therapy. I (as your clinician) maintain full confidentiality—what you share with me stays with me, with the standard legal exceptions (imminent danger, abuse of a child/elder, etc.).

That said, I can't control what other group members do with what they hear. That's why we establish a group agreement at the beginning that what's shared stays in the group—and we create a container of trust and safety together. In my experience, when people understand the importance of confidentiality and commit to it, it holds. But it's important you know that this aspect is shared responsibility, not something I can guarantee unilaterally.

  • Yes. Many people benefit from both. If you're already working with me individually, we can explore how group might complement that work—and we'll stay aligned on what you're working on in both spaces. If you're working with another therapist, just make sure everyone's on the same page about what you're focusing on. Communication between your care providers is always helpful.

  • Groups are typically longer-term (like Rooted Mama's 6 weeks) with ongoing members, allowing for deeper relational work and skill-building over time. Workshops are usually shorter, topic-focused sessions where you come for a specific skill or exploration. Both have real value—it depends on what you're looking for.
